It's already Thursday and I'm just doing Tue/Wed. Didn't do shit yesterday. Did yoga on Tuesday. Going to karate after subbing today. I WILL work out with the class and teach some of it. I WILL DO MORE. This is me giving me shit for not taking care of myself. I must do that or I will stay eternally tired and go down that rotating drain. Don't work out, don't feel like working out which makes me not work out which makes me not feel like working out and so on and so on.
