I used karate class as an excuse to not do yoga. Why do I put it off? A half hour isn't that much time to pay for how good it makes me feel. And all that was yesterday. I didn't manage to update this blog yesterday but I sure managed to play FB games. I MUST cut down on those. I do enjoy them. I'm not going to quit altogether, but it's cutting into my "good for me time" and I'm still sitting here procrastinating today's yoga.

I haven't started thinking about food or weight yet. I ate birthday cake yesterday and will today. I will also eat fruit. I bought a honeydew and a grapefruit. I have to get better about the things I eat for breakfast. So I guess I have started thinking about food and doing a little bit, adding good things. Now I have to get rid of the bad things. In the meantime, it's time for some birthday cake. and then yoga.
