Personal Log

Okay day. Did the yoga because of the last post which I did for yesterday but late. If I'm going to do this, I have to do this. The only other workout I want to add now is the 8 min Billy Blanks, which is more like 15 min including warm up, cool down, etc, but still only 15 min. 

Starting tomorrow though I'm back on school schedule. I really want to quit subbing. I'm going to try to schedule each day I don't sub, and Wed which is my regular day off.
