Personal Log
I decided to not do my entries "per day" but just up to date when I do do them, like usually first thing in the morning (except Sat when I'm up and out of here). It just seemed silly to pretend it was a different time than I was actually writing. Well, not exactly, but that's what it felt like.
I seem to have a new burst of energy. Partly helped by at least sending SOME money off to the tax people with a letter of explanation. Hopefully it will be enough to keep them from locking our doors. Seems they're willing to spend a lot of money to get a little. Silliness but I guess it's how the government works. Though I suppose they would have charged us for padlocks etc. anyway.
But I did try to work harder at karate last night. I did weapons and warmed up with the class, and did a few forms. Should have done more but at least it's an improvement.
And I did yoga BEFORE I sat down to the computer, which is always what I MEANT to do but never managed. Of course I did it on a Friday and can't repeat it tomorrow since I'm up and out. We'll see on Sunday. It's a non-shopping Sunday, so I'll try it again. We do self-defense Sunday afternoon too. Not as strenuous but still moving.
I still need to figure out of housework can be translated to workout time. I do do enough of it. LOL.
