Personal Log

I did work harder at karate than I have in a long time. Still not hard enough. I have lost a lot of my stretch and need to do it every time, even on days I don't plan to dress out. I should keep sweats at the school for just those occasions. I did okay on yoga this morning though I skipped plank. I had an upset stomach and really couldn't take it. No school tomorrow so I know I'll have tomorrow off. I will do yoga and one other thing. Even if it's only 5 minutes of something. I need to add something to the yoga. But then it's karate tomorrow night, just not my dress out night. 

I almost gave up on this journal too, but I'm not. I'm NOT giving up. I'm going to win the fight back to good physical shape before the black belt seminar at the end of May. I really will. I really will.
