When I realized how long it had been since I wrote here I almost blew it off and said, okay, I'm done. But I'm not done. I really want this to work. I've had setbacks but out of four days (Tue/Wed/Thu, Fri) I did actually do some kind of workout on three of the days.

And I worked out harder at karate again. Tomorrow is black belt class. Let's see if I actually work harder for that too. I really need to review all my forms!!
