I took yesterday off, Sunday, after all, but I really thought I would get around to doing something, at least the 10 min Yoga 360 workout, but no, nada. And then today I ended up not starting my workout until 11ish. I promised myself to do them early from here on and I didn't. I didn't have a lot of energy in my workout today either but pushed through. Suck it up and all that.
I wasn't happy to see 159.4 on my weekly scale reading either. That's +2 from last week. So much for -2 lbs per week. I haven't been great about eating but not bad either. I guess I do fluxuate. I'm hoping that's all it is. One of the workout talks about muscle weighing more than fat, and I suppose that's true, but I still need less fat!
