Personal Log

I had a really hard time getting through the 3rd workout today. Partly I think it was that these were all hard core, no yoga. I'll have to adjust to be sure one is yoga every day. Partly because I did the 3rd one in the middle of the afternoon where I did the others in the morning. Well, adjustments need to be made. The schools are off yet again tomorrow so no classes at the Y. I'll have to continue this. If I manage to get a job subbing I won't be able to get to the day classes anymore. I guess this is good to show that I CAN do it this way if I set my mind to it.
