Personal Log

Net loss of 2.2 lbs for the week. Not bad. If I can do 2 lbs a week for 15 weeks, I'll be at my prime weight of 130. I'd be happy with 140 or even 145. We'll see.

I'm catching up on the workouts rather than doing anything different when there's only 40 mins in one day. After tomorrow I'll be back on the "Wednesday" for both programs.
