Personal Log
I'm still pushing it but my energy level doesn't seem to high today. The best thing I did was to not eat after dinner, but I've been thinking about that. The program wants me to eat within a half hour of rising. I just can't do that. Don't happen. But unless I'm going out, I tend to soak in the tub and read for the first hour I'm up. I'll eat after that. Maybe that hour in the tub really doesn't count because I'm still lying down. If that's the case, I have an extra hour to eat at night and not eat in the morning, at least when I'm not working. I've signed up to sub and hope to have a few days a week when I'm working within the next few weeks after my clearance is done.
