Personal Log

I was happy to see the 156 number even if it was .8.  I have to stop pretending weight doesn't matter. It does. At least until I hit 140. Breaking the 150 mark would be nice. Caught up with the workouts again. The Slimdown gives two days off so I'll get to browse the ExerciseTV menu and find one or two 10 minute workouts that look fun tomorrow.
