Personal Log
Tried to catch up with the missed workouts today but it would have meant another 20 minute workout and I just didn't have it in me. I think until I'm easily doing 50-60 min I'm not going to try to go above that. Of course if I end up subbing all day I doubt I'll have that much energy. It's one reason I'm pushing it so hard to be sure I get disciplined in the tv workout. I KNOW I wouldn't go to the Y. I think that's the best thing to come out of those snow days, getting used to working out in the living room.
